Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Managing of the Information Counter and exhibiting excellent customer service skills in the course of duty
  • Provide timely and accurate clarification and advice to enquiries from the public
  • Handling of customers’ feedback and complaints
  • Perform paging and in-house announcement based on the standard guidelines
  • Handling and administering of lost and found items
  • Assist in Marcom’s events as well as other promotional activities
  • Performing of simple administrative and clerical duties

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ level and above
  • Preferably with 1 to 2 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Possess a pleasant disposition and passion for service excellence
  • Be proactive and attentive to details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin
  • Required to work on rotating shifts including weekends and Public Holidays
